Dr. Michael Karol DDS is a graduate of The Medical College of Virginia, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1988.He completed his Family Dental Residency at The University of Connecticut in 1990. He was a practicing dentist on Park Avenue and Connecticut for 26 years, and served as a clinical instructor at NYU, Columbia, and The Yale Graduate Dental Clinic. Dr. Karol bought and sold several successful practices over the years, finally retiring in 2013, due to health reasons.
Since 2013, Dr. Karol has been a successful Dental Practice Broker and Consultant in the New York Metro area. He has spoken to numerous Dental Associations and given presentations to many dental study clubs regarding dental practice transitions. In addition, he has spoken at a number of dental residency programs to up and coming young dentists. Dr. Karol is a founding member of The Dental Transitions Group team, and he currently resides in Danbury, CT with his wife and young daughter.

Dental Transitions Group, INC. has been led by Manny since its inception. Manny received his Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley University, Master of Business Administration from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, Babson College, and his Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law. Manny practices law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the state of New Hampshire. Prior to practicing law, Manny was president of a consulting company, as well as, a national real estate development, construction, and property management firm.

Manny has extensive experience representing dental professionals with their practice transition involving both the purchase and sale of practices, choice of entities, partnerships, facility-sharing arrangements and legal and financial professional services for dental practice owners.

Manny's qualifications combine his law degree and M.B.A. with detailed financial knowledge resulting from being a duly licensed certified public accountant in Massachusetts.
